My first post!

Hello!  I did it, I actually started my own blog!  I have been talking about it for months now.  If I had known it was going to be so easy I would have done it a long time ago. 

In all reality, there probably isn't anyone reading this but just for fun I am going to pretend like there is (I don't want my bubble bursted quite yet!). 

My hope for this blog is to be able to share some of the little things in my life that make me happy.  If you found me, then most likely some of them will make you happy too.   I will blog about my hubby (jason) and 3 sons (nathan, sam & adam) quite often.  They are my most important "little things" after all.  I will also be sharing some of the sewing projects I have finished, are in process and some of the many on my to~do list.  I would love to create some tutorials to share as well :).  I am trying to re-do 3 rooms in my house right now so I will be sharing some that painful process as well.  Pics to come soon.

Well, I am off to make a messenger bag for my 10-year old's "friend".  Her birthday party is this Saturday so I need to get started!  I will post pics when I am done.  If you would like to take a look at what I am making you may click here.  Larissa Holland at mmmcrafts has a great tutorial so you can make one of your own too!
