I don't have a favorite vacation...I think I'm still waiting for that to happen. My husband and I do tend to go to Las Vegas quite a bit. I like it because there is lots to do, but none of it really has to be planned too much ahead (because then that is not a vacation in my book!).

Before our kiddos came along my husband and I backpacked across Europe for two weeks. Best vacation by far.
My favorite vacation was camping at Mammoth Cave National Park, in Kentucky. It is beautiful there!
Without question, my favorite vacation was to Alaska. That land is sublimely beautiful and the people are simply amazing. My only regret is that we didn't take this trip when our children were younger and would have been able to travel with us.
My favorite has been central coastal California-- such a gorgeous coastline!

My favorite vacation spot ever was the island of Hvar off the coast of Croatia. We spent our 5th anniversary there. AMAZING!

Favorite vacation was a Mediterranean cruise.
It is hard to choose a favourite but I think my 4 week road trip down the south east coast of Australia around the south coast of victoria and across to the 12 appostles then back through central Vic & NSW home to the Hunter Valley. It was our honey moon and even though it was on a tight budget at times and we had 2 flat tyres and many other adventures it was wonderful and a great way to start our marriage together.

I have so many favorite vacations! Perhaps the best was my honeymoon to Rio de Janeiro, but I also love my annual week-long visits to my twin sister's home in western Massachusetts. Basically, I just love vacation! I'm always puzzled by the people who hoard their vacation time - I use mine up every year to the hour!

A few summers ago my husband and I went to China. We got lost trying to get around on the millions and millions of double decker buses! It was hilarious.
Favorite vacation was my most recent. We went to Japan to see my relatives that I haven't seen in over 10 years. It was a wonderful trip! Plus I got to go shopping at the Nippori fabric district in Tokyo! ;)

My kidlet usually spends the summers with his Gram down south where we're from. In 2008, my husband and I were planning our wedding... and it was time to go pick him up...
And well... we both had time off.
So we took a week...
And in 32 weeks planned a semi-formal garden wedding in Savannah, Ga. We spent the week getting married and having an amazing family vacation with my kidlet and him just being a family. Theme parks, mini golf, aquariums, the beach. It was amazing.
